Tooth ache.Generally seen high on the pain spectrum. Sleepless nights are very common as one tries to lie down. Swelling, difficulty in opening mouth can be common. If left untreated, especially lower teeth, it may lead to infection causing airway obstruction.

Tooth ache is generally treated in two ways. Deep cleaning and antibiotics can treat gum disease related tooth ache. However tooth ache caused by cavities,cracks can be treated by root canal or in extreme cases,by extracting the tooth.
